When driving in foggy conditions, what lights should you use?

Using low beam headlights in foggy conditions is the recommended practice because they provide better visibility while minimizing glare. High beam headlights can cause light to reflect off the fog droplets, which creates a blinding effect and reduces your ability to see clearly.
